Your profile is your place to update your first and last name, address, phone number and/or password. Changes made here are generally visible only to you except your phone number, which will be reflected in the current published schedule to allow other members to call or text you before a meeting, etc.
Your email address is your primary identifier. If you wish to change your email address, you need to contact the VP-Education.
Any personal information which is displayed in the schedule is only available to members who signed in to TMClubSchedule. The general public (and search engines) will not be able to view that information.
Click on My Profile in the left navigation bar after you've signed in:
Once you’ve accessed your profile form, simply add or change any text you wish to update in the fields that are available to you. You will not be able to edit:
(a) the email address field, since that’s your primary username, and
(b) your original start date. That date is used to determine when you are eligible for certain advanced roles like Toastmaster, so that should be controlled by the VP-Education.
Contact the VP-Education and they can update your email address if necessary.
To change your password:
Simply access My Profile as indicated above.
Enter the new password in the password field located at the bottom of the form
Click the Submit button in the bottom right hand corner of the form.
